    Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Costantine. I am a journalist based in Dar es Salaam.
On March 19, we plan to publish a special report on the controversial Serengeti Road. In that regard, kindly respond to the following:
    1. Are there activities planned in Tanzania on that day? Who are the organisers and where will they take place?
    2. How much was the World Bank ready to provide for the alternative road?
    3. How would that road benefitted the Serengeti and the whole of Tanzania?
    4. What are the chances of the road being constructed?
    5. We gather the international will not allow the project to be undertaken. If that is so, what will be done to halt it?
    6. Last but not least, what is required by the international community to force the government to succumb to the global pressures?
We look forward to your positive and prompt response.
Please note that our deadline for the report is Wednesday this week.
    Best wishes,
    Costantine Sebastian,
